Bras88 Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the bras88 platform — whether via the website or the Android and iOS app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance is a mandatory requirement for using any feature of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between bras88 and its users, covering registration, deposits, Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, withdrawals, bonuses, the VIP Program, and any other interaction with the platform.

Bras88 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and/or in-app notification before taking effect. The current version is always the most recent one published on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.

To create and maintain an account on bras88, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have at least 18 years of age or older on the registration date;
• Be a resident and be physically located in Brazil at the time of access;
• Have a Valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information — full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number;
• Not be registered on any gambling or betting self-exclusion list;
• Not have had an account previously suspended or closed by bras88 for violation of these Terms.

Registration is free and can be completed directly on the website or through the app. Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out on their account. If unauthorized access is suspected, bras88 must be notified immediately via support.

Bras88 is required to verify the identity of its users in compliance with anti-money laundering and user protection regulations. This process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — may be requested at different points during your use of the platform.

The documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued ID with photo ID (valid RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address in the account holder's name, issued within the last 3 months;
• Proof of the payment method used, especially for credit/debit cards;
• Selfie with ID document, when requested by the compliance team.

Bras88 accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. Deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods from other countries are not accepted.

The available deposit methods are:

• Boleto bancário — cleared within up to 3 business days;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;

Pix deposits are credited to your account instantly. Boleto bancário payments may take up to 3 business days to clear after payment. bras88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or card issuer may apply their own charges.

Funds deposited at bras88 do not earn interest and may not be used for any purpose other than betting, gaming, and platform features. Deposits of suspicious origin are subject to investigation before being credited to the account.

Bras88 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third parties or accounts held by different individuals are not permitted under any circumstances.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a verified account (KYC approved);
• Have a withdrawable balance available (real balance, not bonus funds still subject to rollover);
• Provide the Pix key registered under your name and CPF;
• Have a minimum betting history corresponding to the deposited amount.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The maximum daily limit varies by VIP level: R$ 5,000.00 for Bronze accounts, R$ 10,000.00 for Silver, R$ 25,000.00 for Gold, R$ 100,000.00 for Diamond, and no fixed limit for the Black tier.

Bras88 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, depending on the receiving bank, fees may be applied by the user's financial institution — a situation beyond the platform's control.

General rules that apply to all Sports Betting on bras88:

• Bets are final once confirmed — a confirmed bet cannot be canceled, except in the specific cases described in this section;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets;
• Bras88 reserves the right to correct erroneously published odds — bets placed at odds containing a clear error may be voided and the amount returned to the account balance;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount varies by market and event.

For live betting, odds change constantly. bras88 uses an instant confirmation system — if the odds change during the confirmation process, you will be notified and can accept or decline the new odds before final confirmation.

Multi (combo) bets follow the same rules: if one selection is voided, the multi bet is recalculated excluding that event, with odds adjusted for the remaining selections.

Bras88 offers live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live poker with Portuguese-speaking dealers), slots, crash games like Aviator and Spaceman, and online poker with cash game tables and tournaments. Each game type has its own rules, available before each session begins.

General rules that apply to all casino and gaming categories:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited — results are mathematically random;
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot is listed on the game page — bras88 does not manipulate RTPs;
• Technical issues during a session (connection drops, system errors) are handled on a case-by-case basis — bets in progress at the time of the failure are assessed based on the game state recorded on bras88 servers;
• The use of assistance software, bots, or any form of automation at poker tables is strictly prohibited.

In guaranteed poker tournaments, bras88 covers the announced minimum prize pool regardless of the number of participants. Overlays (when the guarantee exceeds total buy-ins) are absorbed by the platform at no cost to players.

Bras88 offers a variety of promotions throughout the year — welcome bonuses, reloads, free spins, risk-free bets, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which should be read before activation.

General rules that apply to all bras88 bonuses:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the offer states otherwise;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the rollover requirement is met;
• The rollover for each bonus is stated in the promotion description at the time of activation;
• Bets with odds below 1,50 generally do not count toward rollover requirements — the minimum odds are specified in each offer;
• Unused or unactivated bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the offer.

Bras88 reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time, provided users are notified with reasonable advance notice. Promotions already activated will honor the conditions in effect at the time of activation.

The bras88 VIP Program is automatic — every user with an active account enters the Bronze level as soon as they start accumulating points. Progression through the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black levels is based on monthly points accumulated across Sports Betting, Poker, live casino, slots, and crash games.

VIP Program operating rules:

• Points are calculated monthly and reset on the first day of each month;
• The level is maintained the following month if the user reaches at least 70% of the minimum score of the previous month's tier;
• Level upgrades are automatic and immediate once the minimum points threshold is reached — no request needed;
• The Black tier is by invitation only — no minimum point threshold is published for this level;

Bras88 maintains a safe and fair environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts (multiple accounts) by the same account holder or to circumvent restrictions;
• Use of bots or automation in Sports Betting, Poker, or any other game;
• Collusion at Poker tables — collusion between players to manipulate outcomes;
• Chip dumping — deliberate chip dumping in tournaments or cash game tables;
• Bet arbitrage using a bonus to eliminate the risk of loss;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for purposes other than betting and entertainment;
• Providing false information on the registration form or in identity verification documents;
• Account use by third parties — the account is personal and non-transferable;
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Bras88 uses automated behavior-monitoring systems and conducts periodic audits. Any detected prohibited conduct is reported internally and handled according to the severity of the case.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing suporte@bras88.com. Before closing the account, bras88 will check for any available withdrawal balance and process payment of any pending real funds.

Bras88 may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or irregular conduct;
• Request by the user (voluntary closure);
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the established timeframe;
• Extended inactivity (account with no activity for more than 24 months).

Accounts closed due to inactivity retain their real-money balance available for withdrawal for 12 months following the closure notice. After this period, bras88 reserves the right to retain any remaining funds in accordance with applicable law.

Bras88 believes betting should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The platform provides control tools to all users, free of charge and without any red tape:

• Deposit limits — configurable by period (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Loss limit — the user sets the maximum amount they are willing to lose per period;
• Voluntary break — temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent closure with a ban on new registration.

Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a 24-hour waiting period after submission — a user protection measure. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

Bras88 does not accept bets from users under 18 years of age. If underage use of the platform is detected, the account will be closed immediately, funds frozen, and the case reported as required by Brazilian law.

Bras88 handles all users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of the data required for the platform to operate.
